Unless agreed otherwise the following payment terms apply.
1. To book in a project the client must give written acceptance of the costs. A deposit of 30% is payable in advance.
2. On completion of the design stage a further payment of 30% is required.
3. Prior to the site going live the final payment of 40% is required.
4. If we have to purchase any third party images or components costs will be advised in advance. These costs must be paid before the site goes live.
5. If additional work, additions or redesign is requested by the client once development has started we will advise of costs in advance. The client must confirm acceptance of these costs by letter or email. These additional costs must be paid before the site goes live.
When we create artwork for our clients, we always do so on the basis that this becomes our client's property. We hold the artwork on file but will always be happy to pass on copies for our clients to keep.
All invoices for artwork must be paid in full before artwork is released by us.
